Instant quotes on your pressure washing website
A "call for a quote" page asks the homeowner to do the work before they know if you're in their budget. An instant estimate gives them a number first, then asks for their details.
How it works
- The homeowner picks services: house wash, gutters, driveway and so on.
- They answer a few questions they can actually answer: home size, stories, siding, how dirty it is.
- Your rates turn those answers into a price range on screen.
- To lock it in, they leave their name, phone and address, and every answer comes to you by email.
You still confirm the final price. The range just means the people who call you already know roughly what it costs.
What it should ask, and what it shouldn't
- Ask: home size, using ranges like "1,500–2,500 sq ft" for people who don't know the exact number; stories; siding or roof type; a light, normal or heavy dirt choice; driveway size in cars; deck and fence size.
- Don't ask: things only a pro can judge, like oxidation, mildew type or mix strength. Leave those for the site visit.
- Show a range, not one number, plus a line saying the final price is confirmed on site.
- Ask for contact details after the price, not before.
Three ways to get one
| Option | Cost | Good for |
|---|---|---|
| Build your own | Your time or a developer's | Owners who code, or who want something fully custom |
| Monthly quoting software | A monthly subscription; check current prices on each vendor's site | Owners who also want scheduling, invoicing and a CRM |
| Buy a ready-made estimator once | One payment | Owners who want the estimate on their site and the lead in their inbox, without another monthly bill |
Where to put it
- A "Get my price" button at the top of your home page and every service page.
- The link in your Google Business Profile, Facebook page and yard signs.
- Your reply to "how much?" messages, so people can check the price themselves at night.
